Greek Church (Evangelcius)
One of the most ancient churches after the Church of the Annunciation was established in 1935 by the architect J. Khandrinus, whose civil engineer was M. Voyotes, whose interior designer was M. Khatzidimitriou.
The walls decorated with the church are among the works of iconographers: k. Stratols, S. Marcosans. The silver-plated icons of Jesus are dedicated from Maria Pavelides-Savides, the icon of the Virgin Mary is dedicated by the family of Demetrio Zesso, the icon of the Archangel Michael is dedicated from Michael Muskus, and the icons of the saints Cosmas and Damianus are gifted from Mrs. Malboumini D. Vilaris. All of these icons are the work of the Alexandrian artist Savas Muschus.
On the left side of the hall are large icons of St. Vasilius and St. George, which are gifted from Khattazerini A. Muskus. On the right side of the hall there is an icon for St. Eleftherios, given by Mrs. Eleftheria Ianides, and the icon of the saints / Petros and Pavlos, given by the Cypriot citizen Xenophon Ioannides, and also the icon of Saint Nikolaus, which is a range from Eleftherios Ioannides, while the icon of Christ found above the fortune of the Bishop is given from . The church is located on Episcopal Street - Al Mansheya Al Soghra, next to St. Catherine Cathedral.
